Our premium one-side coated cigarette packaging paperboard is specifically engineered for the demanding requirements of the tobacco packaging industry. With a C1S (Coated One Side) configuration, this specialty board delivers an exceptionally smooth printing surface on the coated side while maintaining optimal glue adhesion performance on the uncoated reverse side. Whether you are manufacturing outer cigarette boxes, inner frames, inserts, or dividers, this paperboard provides the structural integrity, print fidelity, and production reliability your packaging line demands.

Material Construction

The board is manufactured using 100% virgin wood pulp with a multi-layer construction: bleached sulphate wood pulp for the top and bottom layers, and chemical-mechanical pulp for the core layers. This structure delivers excellent bulk and stiffness while maintaining consistent caliper. Available as SBS (Solid Bleached Sulphate) or FBB (Folding Box Board) according to your preference and application requirements.
